Must be a little unsettling as a parent watching your first cross country meet and seeing five Fire Rescue units lined up at Mile 1. Then again… maybe it’s comforting. 😬 Welcome to the 2026 XC season in Florida. #dontstop #belenxc #running

Pretty cool moment at Baptist Health South Beach Run Club powered by Nike today. After 15+ years, this has become a lot more than just showing up for a run. It’s a real community, and moments like this are a pretty good reminder of that. Today was a first for us. A proposal, with the entire run club there cheering them on. Congrats to the happy couple! #dontstop #werunmiami @baptisthealthsf

🇻🇪 THANK YOU, MIAMI. Tonight we ran for Venezuela — and you showed up in a way that says everything about this community. Together we raised $1,300 for Venezuelan relief efforts, filled two truck beds with donations, and auctioned off a Mystery Box stacked with every dollar going toward relief. Congrats to the winner @i_g_p Want the same gear from the Mystery Box? At what point does something become more than just an event… and start becoming part of a city’s DNA? 🎙️ NEW PODCAST DROP — and I couldn’t be more excited to share this one. I am sure opinions will vary but the policy is clear. You need a race bib to run on the course and benefit from the amenities offered. Happy Thanksgiving. #MiamiTurkeyTrot #bandits
