User Agreement · effective September 5, 2026

Terms for using ArtistSphere.

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and RoyaltyTraders LLC, doing business as SongVest (“ArtistSphere,” “SongVest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using artistsphere.music, you agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this Agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. A parent or legal guardian must supervise a minor who has not reached the age of majority where they live.

The ArtistSphere service

ArtistSphere provides music discovery, original editorial context, public catalog pages, source links, optional email updates, voting, catalog requests, corrections, and a way to express non-binding interest in future song-related ownership updates. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may correct, quarantine, or remove content.

Email requests require confirmation. You are responsible for providing an address you may lawfully use and for keeping private links confidential. You may update preferences or unsubscribe at any time.

No offering, transaction, or professional advice

ArtistSphere does not offer or sell securities, SongShares, royalties, or ownership interests. A follow, vote, registration, or song-specific expression of interest is not a reservation, commitment, investment, purchase intent, offer, guarantee, or promise of an offering, artist participation, eligibility, allocation, access, or availability.

Any royalty model, stream count, popularity signal, editorial statement, or other information is general information, may be estimated or delayed, and is not investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Do not make a transaction decision from ArtistSphere content. Any future SongVest transaction occurs on a separate service under its offering documents, eligibility process, disclosures, and terms.

Content and third-party services

Catalog facts and source links may be incomplete, unavailable, or corrected. Artist names, song titles, trademarks, recordings, artwork, and linked materials belong to their respective owners. Reference to an artist, label, publisher, platform, or source does not imply endorsement, affiliation, participation, or authorization unless expressly stated.

Links may lead to services we do not control. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or transactions.

Your submissions

You retain rights you hold in correction details, catalog requests, feedback, and other material you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, verify, and use that material to operate, secure, improve, and explain the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not contain confidential, unlawful, or infringing material.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• break the law, infringe rights, impersonate anyone, or misrepresent affiliation;
• submit private, sensitive, malicious, deceptive, or unlawful material;
• manipulate votes, registrations, requests, attribution, or expressions of interest;
• evade rate limits, probe security, introduce malware, or disrupt the service;
• scrape or automate access in a way that burdens the service or violates instructions; or
• use ArtistSphere content or data to train a model or build a competing database without permission.

We may reject, void, restrict, investigate, or remove activity that violates this Agreement.

Intellectual property

The ArtistSphere service, software, design, original editorial work, and compilation are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Except for normal personal use, this Agreement does not grant a license to copy, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit them. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARTISTSPHERE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CONTENT IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT, THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY REQUEST WILL PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROYALTYTRADERS LLC, SONGVEST, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM ARTISTSPHERE. THEIR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR ARTISTSPHERE DURING THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO THEY APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT LAWFUL.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RoyaltyTraders LLC, SongVest, and their affiliates from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, your submissions, or your material violation of this Agreement. This does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.

Governing law and disputes

North Carolina law governs this Agreement without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. Claims that cannot be resolved may be brought in the state or federal courts serving Wake County, North Carolina, and each party consents to those courts, subject to any non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes and general terms

We may update this Agreement by posting a revised version and effective date and providing additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this Agreement without consent; we may assign it in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the service.
